Shipping Information

Embroidered and PVC Patches

Please note that some patches may be pre-order. These patches will be shipped as soon as production has been completed. This wait time may vary depending on the patch. Available patches will ship within 3-5 days of order placement and are shipped via USPS.

Apparel Orders

Our apparel orders are all made to order, so please allow extra time for production of all shirts and other clothing items. Production time on apparel could take up to 10 days prior to shipping. Apparel orders will likely ship separate from patch orders, so look for individual shipping information on these items.

Stickers

The majority of sticker orders will ship within 3-5 business days of order placement and are shipped via USPS. Some stickers that are created to match our patches could be pre-order. These patches will be shipped as soon as production has been completed of the sticker or the corresponding patch.

Patch Flat Rate With Tracking

All Velcro patch orders are shipped flat rate. Customers ordering patches can get up to five patches in one package at a flat rate shipping amount. There is a slight variation for the shipping cost between United States, Canada, Mexico and the rest of International shipping. The final amount is calculated at check out.

USPS Shipping Delays

In some cases, USPS can take up to 45 days for delivery after a package has been sent. We require an ample amount of time to allow USPS to locate and deliver these packages in the event that a tracking scan has not been made by USPS in this amount of time. After 45 days, please contact us for a resolution or potential replacement of your order.

International Shipping

Effective November 2023, Lower 48 Outfitters will no longer be shipping outside the United States with the exception of Canada. Delays, rate increases and taxes have made this unsustainable.

December Holiday Shipping

We do not guarantee any holiday arrival of items ordered in December to arrive before December 24. We do, however, pack and ship on the same day orders are received for the absolute best chance USPS will deliver packages in a timely manner. As a family business, we also do not ship any packages on Christmas “week” through December 31. We do receive orders, but they ship after the holidays.
